Q. Who do I contact if I can't find the answer to my question in the FAQ?

Payment and Billing
Q.  How much does membership cost?
A.  Our pricing plan is currently as follows:
30 days recurring            $24.99
30 days non recurring     $29.99
90 days non recurring     $64.99
180 days non recurring   $114.99
365 days non recurring   $199.99
 
Q.  Can I buy individual image sets and videos?
A.  Yes we have our own online store where you can purchase single videos or image sets. You may wish to do this before committing to a membership:
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. There is a link on our join page which takes you directly to the website of our billing company Epoch. You can cancel your membership by clicking on that link.
Log in Problems
Q.  I can't sign in to the members area with my log in details. What's the problem and how do I get access to the member's area?
A.  Passwords and usernames are case sensitive so the first thing to do is to check your CAPS lock button

If that doesn't solve the problem, and you are sure that your membership has not expired, your account may have been suspended by one of our security scripts. In this case you should contact us at contact@steelsubmission.com giving details of your username and the email address you signed up with so that we can reactivate your account.

A password protection system is in operation on the site to protect against password traders. Occasionally the system blocks legitimate users who have accessed the site from a number of different computers/geographical locations or who are using mobile devices which throw up multiple IPs. Apologies if you fall into this category but we do need this system in place to prevent piracy.

Some special characters are not allowed to be used as part of passwords, so if your password contains characters such as - % ? @ : / (these are examples not a definitive list) and you are unable to access the website contact us at contact@steelsubmission.com and we will look into the matter and if necessary issue you with a new password. If you wish you can specify a new alphanumeric password in your mail.

Q. I have forgotten or need to change my password, what do I do?

A. You can contact us at contact@steelsubmission.com specifying your username and the email address you signed up with and we will find your password on the system and mail you back with either your existing password or a new one.

General Information
Q. How often is the website updated?
A. Steel Submission updates 3 times each week. Stills sets are added on Mondays and Wednesdays, and a video update is added to the website every Saturday.
Q. Do you do custom shoots?
A. We do occasionally undertake custom work, details regarding this can be obtained by contacting us at contact@steelsubmission.com
Q. Do you shoot member's requests?
A. We're always happy to consider member requests but we cannot guarantee that we will shoot an idea exactly as you describe it. We will take inspiration from your ideas and do our best to produce something along the lines of what you have in mind but we can only shoot material, as a member's request, which fits well with the feel of the site. If you want a specific idea shot in a specific way please contact us at contact@steelsubmission.com to discuss the cost of a custom shoot.
Technical Information
Q. What formats are your videos and images offered in?
A.  Videos are offered in MP4 720p and MP4 480p suitable for mobile devices. Images are offered in JPEGS sized at 1600x1200 and 1600x1067 which can be downloaded individually or as a downloadable ZIP file.
Q. How do I open ZIP files?
A. Many operating systems come with software which allows you to open ZIP files. Double left click (for Mac click once) on the downloaded file or right click and select 'open'. If you do not have a program on your pc which allows you to open ZIP files download WinZip or similar.
Q. The ZIP file I downloaded doesn't open. What do I do?
A. Generally this means the download wasn't completed. Try downloading the file again.
Q. I am experiencing technical difficulties with the site - who should I contact?
